Any research/ experience/insight for dry needling for gastroc/ Achillis for toe walker. Pt is a 7 year old, idipathic toe walker. neuro ruled out.

Sorry, I have not had experience treating that and I am not aware of any research that addresses that specific issue. I will open that up to the forum to see if we have an pediatric practitioners.
Check for retained primitive reflexes ..... could have a retained Babinski Reflex which needs a brain based approach to correct
Thanks John. Not positive but a good reminder. Definitely has some sensory seeking behavior.
