I am a pelvic floor therapist in Maine. I use IDN for a lot of my patients. Depending on what their symptoms are I hit a lot of HNTP and paravertebral points that innervate where they are symptomatic! You can email with questions if you want....

I don't needle into the pelvic floor but similarly to Sarah I have had success needling into obturator and pudendal n. innervation areas with success.
